On 26th March, 2003, ZARMEN Sp. z o. o. based in Warszawa at ul. Chłodna 51 was established by a notarial deed.

 At present Zarmen employs over 900 workers and has a number of branches around Poland. The largest branches are in Warsaw, Zdzieszowice, Strzelce Opolskie, Radlin, Dąbrowa Górnicza and Chorzów.  

In 2007 first production branch was formed in Zdzieszowice: Zarmen FPA, of which basic scope of activity is primarily a wide range of open-die forgings, such us: bars, rings, discs, sleeves, screw shafts, intermediate shafts, flanged shafts, and other products; manufactured on hydraulic presses: 1250 and 3000 Mg synchronized with 5 Mg, 10 Mg and 30 Mg manipulators. Among the consignees of our products we should mention: engineering, ship building, power, petrochemical and cement industries. 

The history of our forging mill is the continuation of the forging mill at Huta Lucchini; mainly through the installation of machinery and devices as well as employment of the forging mill’s skilled personnel that is familiar with ins and outs of forging. Owing to the modernization of the existing devices and assembly of new ones, Zarmen FPA forging mill took over the entire production programme of forged goods, formerly produced by Huta Lucchini, and has become, ipso facto, one of the head producers in the business.

Apart from standard production, Zarmen FPA also renders services in forging, heat treatment and mechanical working.
